  • To process and confirm your Booking.

  • To facilitate communication regarding payments, check-in, or event logistics.

  • To manage the Security Deposit and assess any liability for damages.

  • To fulfill our legal obligations under South African law.

You have the right to access, request correction or deletion of your personal information held by us, subject to any legal obligations to retain records.
