By accessing and using our digital platforms, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use and our Global Privacy Policy. Your confirmed Booking at any Property is governed exclusively by the separate Core Booking Terms & Conditions.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, photographs, and design elements on our platforms are the exclusive property of The Company or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Company's platforms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. You acknowledge that all guests use the Property facilities entirely at their own risk6.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platforms. Liability concerning your stay or event is strictly governed by Section 6 of the Core Booking Terms & Conditions, where the Guest/Client indemnifies and holds The Company harmless against all claims7.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa8.
