Event Security Deposit
This Security Deposit is a mandatory, fully refundable fee required to secure and confirm your private event booking at our properties, including Villa Imaan.
The deposit serves as a financial commitment and a safeguard against potential risks, ensuring compliance with our Guest Policy, mitigating minor damages, and covering fees resulting from rule violations (such as noise complaints or exceeding guest capacity).
Calculation
The deposit is calculated at a rate of 30% of the Total Confirmed Event Value (Base Venue Hire + Mandatory Services). This amount will be clearly communicated in your final Event Booking Contract.

Key Terms & Refund Policy
1. Purpose and Coverage
The funds are held against potential liabilities, including but not limited to:
Damage to property, fixtures, fittings, or equipment.
Theft or loss of property assets.
Excessive cleaning is required post-event.
Fines or fees incurred due to breaches of the Quiet Hours Policy (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) or local bylaws.
Violation of the agreed-upon guest capacity limit (100 maximum guests).
2. Refund Process
_The Security Deposit is fully refundable_.
The refund process begins immediately after a thorough post-event inspection and inventory check.
If no damages or breaches are identified, the full amount will be processed for refund within 7-14 business days after the _Check-out Date_.
3. Deductions and Liability
If costs for repairs or cleaning are incurred, the corresponding amount will be deducted from this deposit.
Should the cost of damages exceed the deposit amount, the guest will be invoiced for the remaining balance.
